The varsity Indians are spending the holidays in Kentucky.

WHO:     Varsity Boys East Coweta Indians

WHAT: 2024 West Kentucky Hoops Classic

WHERE:     Princeton, Kentucky

WHEN:     December 27-28

 

Our varsity boys, will head to Princeton, Kentucky to participate in the Western Kentucky Hoops Classic (December 27-28, 2024) at Caldwell County High School.

 

The Indians will play 2 games in 2 days versus teams from East St. Louis, Illinios and Bowling Green, Kentucky.

The travel costs of this trip is NOT included in your activity fee. This is an ADDITIONAL cost. This "travel fee" is the total cost for the charter bus and hotel rooms. Each athlete will need to bring money for food and incidentals.

Travel fee per athlete: $375 - Fee is due ASAP!

 

Deadline is December 20, 2024.

Friday, December 27, 2024

 

Depart - 6:00 am @ East Coweta High School.

Arrive - 3:00 pm - Cadiz, Kentucky - Check in to hotel

Game - 8:00 pm - vs. Bowling Green High School

 

Saturday, December 28, 2024

 

Game - 3:30 pm - vs. East St. Louis High School

Depart - 6:30 pm

Arrive - 2:00 am @ East Coweta High School

 

Important Note about Bus Transportation for Parents

 

When starting to plan for this trip, the idea was to offer some of the empty seats on the charter bus to parents for a small fee. We still feel this is a great idea but are encountering some availablity of lodging in Cadiz, Kentucky where the team is staying. The tournament reserved the rooms for the coaches and athletes and at this point, we are not sure about additional accomodations. If we can make the bus an option for parents, we will let everyone know ASAP.
